To secure the high level quality of service team in Tallinn, the company is currently looking for
SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER
Main tasks:
- Productivity Management within the assigned area of responsibility
- Responsible for all operational deliveries of service team (ca 160 employees)
- Personnel Management in cooperation with the staff department
- Provide leadership and management for all personnel and ensure KPIs are met
- Maintain and drive the clients business towards ongoing efficiency gains while balanced with high quality
- Ensures that team follows agreed support processes
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client on relevant topics
- Manage effectively all critical issues operational management teams may face that could prevent them to deliver expected service
Required Experience & Skills
- English skills on excellent level (native or British English are a big bonus)
- Leadership experience in international teams
- Completed industrial and commercial apprenticeship and university degree
- Experience in operational management in different service centers with international clients
- Knowledge of process flows and ability to measure, maintain and improve delivery processes
- Experience of delivering consistent and high quality operational results
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Recommended – Estonian or Russian language skills as second language
- Working experience in the UK on management level is an advantage
